About Remodeling Fitness
James Dumas is the founder, owner, and personal trainer of Remodeling Fitness.
He has over a decade of experience as a certified personal trainer helping adults regain mobility, build strength, and manage their weight—right in the comfort of their own homes. James graduated from the American Academy of Personal Training and specializes in shaping stronger and healthier lives. James has worked with over 100 clients in gyms and at client homes.
Virtual training is accepted from anywhere in the country.
For in-person training, James serves the following areas in Massachusetts: Newton, Wellesley, Chestnut Hill, Boston, and other parts of Norfolk County.
Too busy? James provides Personalized Training Programs which include: weekly progress tracking, scheduled monthly Zoom check-ins.
